Jury Enters Third Day Of Deliberations In Rittenhouse Murder Trial

The particular time in one’s life has a range of possibilities for reactions. People like talking heads on TV are in different times in their lives than Rittenhouse…and all bets are off in terms of how this young man is handling all this.

If any of the more serious charges against the murderous little bastard are decided against him his lawyers will immediately appeal or Schroeder will then decide on the mistrial motions already filed by the kids lawyers.

Gaetz Quips That He Would Hire Rittenhouse As An Intern

I’ve been on several juries in civil trials. Nothing criminal.

It’s an experience unlike any other. Very intense. People take the responsibility seriously. BUT some people walk into the jury room with their ideological blinders on. “Plaintiffs are always looking for a handout.” “insurance companies are a criminal enterprise.”

We don’t know what’s going on in that jury room. One juror can gridlock the entire jury. A Trumpite? A gun rights nut? A closet fascist? A Democratic Socialist?

I read the judge eliminated a misdemeanor charge (underage possession of a weapon?). That forces jury to deal with the serious charges. Otherwise there was always the possibility an exhausted jury would take the easy route out and slap Rittenhouse on the wrist.

As long as we’re happy with the result, that’s all I care about.

Interesting development. When this happened last night, he was apparently was following the jury bus (“sealed bus” windows blocked) and went through a red light to keep up with them. He is a producer from NBC and was on the phone with MSNBC in NY. NBC/MSNBC are now banned from the courtroom.

Judge announced some of this in the courtroom

Then MSNBC deserves it.

Trying to identify the jurors is irresponsible journalism or news reporting (take your pick) and might’ve put some of the jurors in danger.

Irresponsible. Absolutely.

Who uses cars when you can just slap an Apple iTag on the bus and track remotely…

Which is exactly my point, the jurors are not hearing anything but what others are hearing is from Hannity and the media should not be amplifying his bullshit.

Do you think people will actually take joy from Kyle Rittenhouse receiving justice? Two people are dead and another maimed through his recklessness. There’s no joy here.

Guilty!!

Or a little drone, figure out the parking lot where it goes and snag license plates the next day. Not rocket science

Really dumb move by the NBC reporter/producer. And I agree, they deserve it.

I, for one, can’t wait to see a repeat of the laughable crying jag when he’s found guilty. That’ll be fun to watch…

If he’s convicted there will be joy

It’s not all clear that the person stopped by police was confirmed to be with NBC. If true, then of course the news organization should be sanctioned. But it’s very hazy as to what exactly happened last night - not at all out of bounds that a James O’Keefe-type could have been deliberately attempting to insert chaos into this trial by claiming to be a part of the “lamestream” media during a traffic stop.

EDIT: Was indeed confirmed to be an NBC employee. Dumb, dumb move that bring a dark cloud to NBC as an organization, and may well have some kind of impact in the deliberations of the trial. Thanks to @scoutmom for providing confirmation.

Just make sure you don’t try to email the footage.

He’s probably having a better time dealing with things than the people he killed or maimed.
