Lizzy Graham is a non-entity whose strategy to appear relevant is to attach himself, remora-like, to the ass of anyone who is more prominent and accomplished than he is. We saw it with John McCain, and as soon as McCain died, we learned real fast just how sincere Graham’s regard for his “friend” John McCain was. He hopped into another bed 10 minutes after McCain was in the ground, and he hasn’t looked back, regardless of the vile and loathsome things his new boyfriend has said about McCain, and regardless of how those things must have agonized McCain’s wife and children.

It’s going to be an epic combination of falsehoods, obfuscations and gas-lighting. Any testimony of William Barr that doesn’t involve waterboarding is pretty much a waste of time.

Graham was one of the first to speak out. He said “we’re not going to call [Barr] based on this.” The GOP platform on all things Trump is now “Get over it.”

Graham won’t do anything, but Dems should keep putting him and the entire Republican Party on the spot. They should use stronger language, too, about how this is completely abnormal and threatens the justice system and anyone who needs it.

He, also, said, probably in the same interview, that he would be the first to act on it if he thought trump interfered in the judiciary. He said that he enjoys washing trump’s balls when they go golfing, too.

If a dem wins in 2020 (please God, do us a solid) and starts talking that ‘it’s time to look forward, not back’ bs with regards to investigating the corruption of this administration, it’s time to immediately begin primary preparation. I don’t care how politically expedient it seems at the time, this country will not be saved without a reckoning. And the next R president will push the boundaries of our republic even further if they see there are no consequences for it.
