Tommy Joyce, an acting assistant secretary of international affairs at the US energy department, has been speaking at an energy summit in London.

Speaking shortly after an address by the UK’s energy secretary, Ed Miliband, Joyce stopped short of criticizing Britain’s push towards clean power.

I don’t understand how any judge in this country can give tRump or anyone in his administration any further time to plead their case, allow them to conveniently file in secret while the whole world watches, or put any decision in “abeyance” for now considering the stall tactics and efforts at delay he and his toadies are famously known for.
