Just a guess, but I’m betting they will bring Abrego Garcia back (and renew (aggressive) (brutal) efforts to deport him through domestic legal channels) so they can avoid for as long as possible disclosing the agreement with El Salvador. The other cases will proceed, but they dodge that bullet for the time being.

The brainwashed at birth is mostly irrelevant though true. The critical part is the ongoing propagandizing. It is insidious. Parents who model compassionate behavior, critical thinking, courtesy and common decency are routinely undermined by the propaganda apparatus. The “parents rights” people don’t give a flying fuck about the wishes or rights of parents who don’t adhere to their ideology.
Tolerant liberal families cannot raise tolerant liberal children in this society because that is not the behavior a huge swath of the society wants to see happen. And they do spend tons of money making that happen. We call it “Wingnut welfare,” but they’re earning their keep

They are feverishly working on policies to “hurt the right people”. Doubtless they’d be OK with a collapse of the markets, and society in general, so long as a select few were protected from the ruination and fallout. The GOP only needs about 42%>45% of voters to cast Republican ballots for a GOP Presidential candidate in a Prez election, that’s sufficient to thread the Electoral College needle. Why try helping 100% of the populace when you only require significantly less than 50% of them to keep your party in the Oval Office? And GOP Presidents evidently don’t need majorities in Congress, legislation is so old news. Now a President governs by Executive Order. So whatever damage caused to Congressional candidates by your idiocies is secondary to securing that Electoral College win. And again, you can win with as few as 40% of the voters on that count.

My guess is that Garcia’s lawyers are only going to agree with an arrangement that ensures his safety and that of his family - thus probably an agreement to allow exit of the whole family to a third country with official asylum, ability to work, etc. (maybe Canada.) At least, I hope that’s how it goes.
