Long past time that administration officials should be held in contempt automatically until they’ve proven they have the capacity to abide by court decisions and aren’t operating in bad faith. It’s ridiculous kabuki to extend them any courtesy or deference at this point.

At this point, no one should need to “ask” for sanctions.
And they will continue to do it. And continue to be dragged into court. Why not? They get away with it when someone can’t afford a lawyer.

One hopes congressional Democrats today file a lawsuit and request for injunction against Trump on his illegal use of taxpayer money to run campaign ads. Getting an injunction should be straightforward.
There is zero reason to stall on this, Democrats.
