Oh SNAP
“And when I say ‘no coordination’ I mean there was a small amount…”
This is the best kind of Friday night news drops!
Good news, but from the Washington Post:
he (meadows) has the option to appeal the decision to the 11th Circuit, a notably conservative court that could view the issue differently from Jones, whom Barack Obama appointed to the bench. Ultimately, Meadows could ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review the issue.
If Meadows has the coin, you know this will happen.
As Friday sundown fast approaches, Shabbat Claus brings a nice gift to all good little boys and girls!
And to naughty co-conspirators, a big lump of no-jurisdiction-change coal!
(Ah, who am I kiddin’? It’s just Judge Jones in a beard and fatsuit.)
What gets me is that MM tried to argue he was “trying to land the plane” in his deposition when in fact he was trying to keep the plane in the air (to use his analogy) - landing the plane would have meant not trying to perpetuate the campaign lawsuit vs. Georgia.
Meadows will appeal.
I guess the incredibly low bar to get this removed to federal court wasn’t one Mark Meadows could hurdle. Of course hurdling over legal landmines is not one that MAGAs are so good at.
MTG is suddenly very concerned about the jail conditions in Fulton County.
There’s nothing like the bracing possibility that it might just happen to you providing clarity to conservatives.
Now get him to flip.
Well, isn’t that the best news.
Delicious.
Dominoes are falling with greater speed. As a lib, I sure don’t feel “owned.”
Let’s hope it’s just Shabbat Nick filling our stockings as a precursor to the main event.
Yeah, almost certainly.
And where that’ll go is an open question.
Thanks!
