Things like this show that at least some of the government is still functioning for the people and not just for right wing takeover of the system. If we can just get the Republicans out of the presidency and Senate for a decade we’ll have a chance to set a lot of this crap right. These policies are just flat out racist, and it’s going to be a while before we get all of that out of the system.
