So now once again we have to wait for DOJ responses and possible appeals which could take weeks or months. I honestly don’t know if it would be faster to let the Special Master to sort through everything or to appeal the decision. And I heard that both parties have to agree to the Special Master and I think Trump team will use that as a perfect chance to keep delaying by never approving any choice for a Special Master.

While I feel the DOJ should appeal this ruling as it sets a bad precedent and is based on a terrible ruling, It would be serve TFG right if it was a FISA Court judge appointed by Obama or even Bush who was appointed SM.
