agree 1000%. Kate speaks what is in my soul, but I can never express as well as she does. I absolutely love when she really gets on a rant. But they’re not really rants, they’re far more intelligent.

As a former Atlantan, I say: Atlanta.
Charlotte? It’s America’s second banking center! So, if you’ve banked with all the banks New York has to offer, many of them are also here. It’s famously an American Airlines Hub and right in the middle of many topical forest fires.
I’d probably go if you held it in Charlotte, so that’s one!
Amtrak direct from New York, stopping in DC!
Blue ridge mountains? Actually, I haven’t kept track of how I-40 is coming along after Helene, so don’t overcommit to regional trips
What about Denver? There are places in between St. Louis and San Francisco, believe it or not.
