I would like to know exactly what would that new bill/law have to say that would revoke citizenship for only the poor (since the rich would gladly pay for the ‘privilege’).
I would think it would have to be a constitutional amendment which would have to be ratified by the states after both houses of congress pass it. this is more of a made up solution looking for the problem that someone created in the addled brain of CF and aides.

Not a frigging bit. i covered the crimes of this creepy crook back when he was committing them, and if I’d known then how he was going to be handed first state and then national power and continue accruing it over decades, I don’t think I could have believed it. He really is utter slime and utterly unconcerned with anything beyond his own greedy nose. And apparently a terrifying number of people think that this is a personal thrait that makes one an excellent choice to hold political power and influence…Don’t know how much and what kind of civics education could possibly overcome delusions of that dimension.

Fuck all these fascists. There is no crisis of people coming here to “spawn”. All of this hate is being spun up because the GOP can’t hide the economic calamity of Trump and a half dozen billionaires looting everything and tearing down every restriction on fraud and predatory gambling. Roberts and Barrett don’t care, but anyone can see that they twisted themselves into knots to try to give these freaks as much of the loaf as they could, and their reward is whining and screaming.

This decision leaves in place precedential understanding going back to the 1800’s. He could have said the original Wong Kim Ark decision was wrong, but he didn’t because it was right and continues to be right. We can’t get rid of this administration and the corrupt court soon enough…we gotta get working on restoring the actual glory of the US that they are determined to destroy.

I can report from DC that my commute takes me to the north side of the mall. The only thing noticeable is the fencing and closed roads. Not many people around except for people trying to get to work.
