What clarifying view…? The Don is down the legal rabbit hole in about a dozen different places and continues to be the darling of an increasingly Crack pot media and the minions willing to go to the mat for his right to be an unbridled criminal. Thrilled to see Mr. SMITH in the middle of this thankless fray…hoping for multiple indictments and convictions and being alive to see them.

So seems like the 5th Circuit got enough nudges re: the pharma industry response to pathetically half-ass their ruling. This shouldn’t satisfy the industry tho, since this is still judges modifying a long-standing FDA approval for handwavy reasons.
“We do not hold that doctors have standing to challenge FDA’s actions whenever the doctor sees a patient experiencing complications from an FDA-approved drug,” the judges write. "Rather, we hold that on the record before us applicants know that hundreds of thousands of women will - with applicants’ own statistical certainty - need emergency care on account of applicants’ actions.”
“We do not hold that doctors have standing to challenge FDA’s actions whenever the doctor sees a patient experiencing complications from an FDA-approved drug. Rather, we hold they can do so only if they bring us anecdotes that may contradict significantly larger samples of data but align with us politically. Law!”

Shorter: We judges need only look at one side of the picture. If a drug has any side effects we can ban it. Even if not having access to the drug means that more people will die.
Why do I think that that decision might be different if the people involved were male?
