I’m still hot under the collar Biden didn’t fire Durham on his first day. Wasted millions and millions. And as far as know this traitor this criminal this assclown is STILL on payroll. WTAF?

Blockage of student loan forgiveness will get a Biden veto

When will the media stop calling these $%#@'s “moderate.” They are NOT moderates, they are $%#@'s.

I think this is just one of the things we Democrats in Arizona are going to fuck Sinema with.

The only thing the senate races to is the liquor cabinet.

However, if the student refuses to pay the loan, the President can pardon him or her?

“I didn’t take out a loan. I stole the money to get an education to help me get ahead and produce better for my country.”

Well, he’s got a whole republic somewhere, so he must be somebody.

Completely OT, but the Senate passing the debt ceiling bill highlights a practice seen in many countries, including Russia, of increasing government spending ahead of major elections, because it’s best to passivate people in certain silos. The last thing either party wants is austerity for the majority of people who vote. Roughly half of American adults have negative net wealth or very little net wealth. Perhaps in Chip Roy’s district, there is no risk of a backlash, but not so elsewhere. Even in Kevin McCarthy’s Bakersfield, the limits of an extractive economy are increasingly apparent. You can have your meth dealer toss your selenium-boron-infused corpse off by a trash can a dozen blocks from his house so there’s deniability to the cops about what exactly happened before you shed your mortal coil, or you can face up to the fact that oligarchs don’t care about you and do something about it.

Growing up in Fresno or Bakersfield or Tulare or Merced introduces a cruel calculation. At a certain age, you are given a choice. You either succumb to the vision of growth eating growth and try to make a living off the action, or you fight it knowing you probably won’t succeed.

I had expected and hoped Durham would publicly defend his work before one of the Congressional Committees. But is he ducking?

Biden was smart enough to leave Durham in place to play out his lost cause bullshit
which he did
and which ‘product’ will be studied for decades for its curious roadmap
through the wacko backwoods of American Paranoia, circa 2023.

Biden was smart and Garland was smart to let this loser have all the room he needed to pratfall. They have bigger fish to fry.

These guys are prepping an unprecedented challenge: hauling an ex-potus in front of a judge for breaking the law bigtime. To do that they want their ducks in a row.

Durham is irrelevant.

Durham did not deliver. Not that that matters but House leaders are not yet sure about which witch to hunt. As for Durham ducking, does he have that much sense?

As it is he got the last word, stating things as fact in his report that were disproven. I don’t know what his salary is, but we could have fed a lot of SNAP kids with it, and I am glad that this guy is going to document it for everyone to see. I certainly get why he wants to.

Also, he will hopefully expose hidden details about him and also Barr. People love to talk, and I hope he gets statements (as an example, people who quit their career jobs over his behavior); I hope this book is a doozy!

OT: I read a great article about ghost writers: Notes from Prince Harry’s Ghostwriter | The New Yorker

Why can’t Biden veto the bill? Isn’t that what Presidents do? Sometimes?

Biden has announced he will issue a veto on the student loan bullshit bill. The loans should be forgiven.
