If the Republican Senate votes in favor of Bove’s nomination to the federal courts, they will be as responsible as Trump, Miller, Noem, Homan, and others in the violation of people’s civil rights, due process rights, birthright citizenship rights, among a whole host of other unconstitutional acts perpetrated by the administration. If they consent to Bove, they own all of it.
