It’s stories and people like this that keep me up at night. We have to get away from the idea that Fat Donnie is the problem. Fat Donnie is just a symptom. This kind of fascist far right religious bullshit is the problem. And there can never be a time when we allow a Republican to be elected president, or it’s game over. This bullshit, along with Project 2025 seek to end democracy permanently and “legally.”
Failed men (money is no indicator of usefulness or value) band together to “take back” the hegemony and the preeminence they believe is somehow owed to them and will - in their own words - do anything to take it back. “I hope it stays cold”? Eventually these limp dick losers will join up with a resurgent Proud Boys and we will have a real fucking problem on our hands. And all this shit is going on in the dark for a reason.

In their references to the Constitution - and how things were before all those changes - we’ll be going back to only educated White male property owners with education will be able to vote and hold office. And property ownership will be limited as well. Look at Florida already restricting Chinese individuals from buying property.
As for education? I suspect it will be allowed for women to attend college for certain areas such as primary education (definitely not college professors), nursing and Home Ec focused fields.

Yep – My dad always said the only reason for a woman to go to college is to learn a skill that she could use in case her husband died an untimely death and she had to earn a living. And it could only be a nurse or a teacher.

It sounds like Branch Davidians, but who want to keep their contacts with politicians and business leaders, stay in their individual suburban homes, keep their desk jobs, and drive an SUV or sedan when they don’t feel like driving the pick-up truck. They’ll need to hire other people to carry the guns.
