Today’s order included lifting the district court’s stay of Idaho’s abortion statute when it came to emergency room treatment. Thus, five justices voted to put that ban back in effect while they hear the case. Can you count the five justices who are most likely to vote to reinstate the ban even while the case is being heard? They’re the Fascist Five.

and so … any guesses as to what logic / argument / reasoning will be cobbled together to:
(1.) put in place laws that will prohibit a resident of an “abortion-banned” state from going out of state to obtain a prohibited abortion? (it will not be hard to find justices who believe that the interstate commerce logic has been extrapolated beyond all reason - and much related to it has been “wrongly decided”)
(2.) ban “pharmaceutical” birth control of any form.

Catholic leaders have been hating women since Pope Gregory I announced that Mary Magnalene was a prostitute in 591. They never got over his misogyny. All of the justices who signed up for Dobbs are Catholics. Most were trained to be Catholic leaders from an early age. As to the rest of the Republicans they play along for power in the knowlege that their wives, daughters and girlfriends can afford to fly to blue states.

The 5 on the Court that reinstated the Idaho ban on abortions don’t give one shit about life. They are content to allow a woman to lose her life -and likely the life of the fetus- because of what, states rights? Mother of two bleeds out in the ER due the Supreme Court endorsing a complete ban on a life saving procedure. These people are cruel beyond comprehension and decidedly unChristian.
