Not quite the credibility of Consumer Reports. They’re funded by the usual suspects like the Bradley Foundation. Apparently they and their acolytes issue a lot of reports about “woke” asset managers. Who knew that being an asset manager at a trillion dollar hedge fund was equivalent to a tenured professor at Oberlin.

I’m a big fan of TLAs - (Three letter acronym).
We use it at work, mostly in jokes or when talking to clients. Everything looks more technical with a TLA somewhere in it. or to make fun of something by trying to be even more absurd.

The right wing glommed onto poorly written headlines about the origin of covid. In truth articles said the origin, lab release or maybe from the Wuhan wild animal “wet market” where critters are rendered for food is uncertain. But headlines say … of course it came from a lab. This is really bad journalism on the part of big media, not TPM.

Been contemplating how all this works as a prosecutorial game plan. You can’t empanel the new regular GJ on Wednesday (Mar 1) and deliver 18 indictments on Thursday. The panel has to hear some version of the evidence produced by the special GJ in each case and make a decision. What’s the strategy behind which cases to present in which order? If there’s to be a RICO case, I would expect that the individuals in that case would also be subject to direct indictments for specific crimes? Presumably the RICO case comes last, not first? How does the structure get built? Watching with interest.
