“Well, be fair, he had to didn’t he.”

This pudenda will be reelected - count on it.

It was a bit unusual back then. My dad said, I like it! More money is good!

My dad could be smart that way.

You know, if this was someone boasting about beating his wife into submission, we wouldn’t call it funny, so I’m not sure why LOL.

The sentiments are not surprising, we all knew the misogyny was strong with these clowns, but it should still be shocking that these people can say this kind of stuff openly, like it’s 1950 (even in 1950, there were still a lot of women in the workforce after WWII), and they are not hounded off the public stage by a tsunami of disgust. Instead apparently Republican women will shrug and pull the level for this.

Very good and thorough summary.

The shorter version:

Donald Trump is a rapist and terrorist leader who organized and directed an armed mob of dangerous radicals and paramilitaries to violently attack his own country.

She really set him on a destructive spiral.

I know the answer to this (and so does Acosta), but the current GOP exists because of pple (ACOSTA) still believing in the tooth fairy.

I think Jesse Watters’ bit about “OMG, my wife may vote for Kamala and not tell me?” is even worse than Kirk’s, because Watters actually cheated on his first wife with his producer, whom he met when he let the air out of her tires:

You got that right. There’s no Green Party in America. The environment is the last thing it focuses on.

No. In America, the Green Party is an oligarch mechanism for siphoning votes from environmentally-aware Democrats.

Already done for the day. I’ll just share some of the crap that already has me saying, “Nope, my blood pressure matters” before I leave.

So, about that polling:

Did Vancouver WA take something out of the water, like sedatives?

And from the department of why I don’t flip off Motorists even when they are in the wrong.

Have fun folks. I’m going to ride in the garage. Thus avoiding the rain and former UW football players.

ETA as a minor palete cleanser.

Like many of you, I’m letting the WaPo go when my sub runs out at the end of the year, but I’ll miss Dana Milbank:

A touch. Just a light kiss… a chef’s kiss, perhaps.

So much subtlety…

In fact, his crowd was not that big at all.

President:
That stubborn 48% ceiling

  • PA: Harris 50%, Trump 48%
  • MI: Harris 51%, Trump 48%
  • WI: Harris 50%, Trump 48%

It’s probably artifact of the way pollsters do their polling and who answers the phone, but I believe we can be near certain he won’t break that ceiling. He may even need a ladder long ramp to get there

This drives me crazy.
You, me, we can never stop something from happening again.
We can tone it down and that is the best we can hope for.
