How Republicans Tipped The House Scales Long Before Votes Were Cast

The House majority, however you slice the outstanding races, is coming down to the wire.

The moral of this story is that you cannot play by the Marques of Queensburry rules when the other guy is kicking you in the groin.

More scale-tipping incoming…

You know, that whole day-after-a-state-holiday thing we’re always taking days off from work for…

Yeah, already read that a few days ago. Just fricking vote.

The dems did much better than predicted, and now they have to figure out a way to reverse the repub advantage in the House.

It would be especially nice if a couple of SC justices joined Scalia at Hell’s Bar and Grill.

I should send your comment to politicians when they crow about their “honesty and integrity”.

Send them to which politicians? Republicans will laugh at you.

The lame duck Congress can and should fix this, among a slew of other things. Why Democrats don’t ramrod these types of things through when they have the chance defies logic.

Well shit, why not just deny the right to vote? I mean if goobers are gonna be this desperate and anti rule of law and all… … why not just shit can the whole thing and declare anarchy? If it feels good just do it.

You know how politicians love to claim they have “the truth” and that they’re honest and all? The real game is “hoodwink the voters” with bullshit and get 'em to vote against their direct personal self interest. Happens every election and it’s sad to see. Decency and and speaking truth is for losers in politics. trump would tell ya that doing the moral right thing is weakness and that’s what he sells. Continual lies, committing crimes in public and getting away with it, claiming how horribly he has been abused and people love the act. I hate it. Elections are necessary but there is a deep dark cancerous side to it all.
Just my humble opinion.

Sorry. Is that a broad brush you’re holding? Hard to tell.

Have a nice night.

The lesson of this story is that this supreme court makes you play by the Marques of Queensbury rules while the other guy is kicking you in the groin.

And you get that Supreme Court when unicorn chasers decide that “establishment Democrats” haven’t “earned” their support, and either sit out the election or throw away their vote on some jackass who lunches with Putin.
