How “2000 Mules” Inspired Conservative Group Clean Elections USA

On Monday, October 17, a little after sunset, a couple went to deposit their ballots at a drop box near a courthouse in Mesa, Arizona. As they approached the box, they noticed that a group of people was “hanging out” nearby, according to a complaint they later filed through the secretary of state’s website.

I’m counting on @ralph_vonholst, @darrtown and other TPMers to keep this under control.

We dropped our ballots at an early voting site in Pima County *(Tucson) yesterday, during the day. No shady characters around, just nice folks minding the voting. I had inadvertently signed the ballot envelope that belonged to my husband and no problem, they just replaced it for him. So some parts of Arizona are not experiencing this kind of behavior. But Mesa area east of Phoenix is a whole lot more conservative-wacko than our part of the state.

You saying we should catch and release the masked men? (aka cowards) Or should we gut them?

These people are fucking morons. Unfortunately they’re morons who like to play army guy. This is what we’re up against.

Also, don’t they have jobs?

I’m strictly catch and release but willing to make exceptions for your sincerely held beliefs.

Big foot, the fake moon landing, flat earth, and even Ted Cruz’s dad killed JFK (who is still alive and well in the basement of Parkland Memorial Hospital) are reasonably harmless if childish conspiracy ‘theories’.

But this election bullshit has to stop, and the guy who initiated it has to rot in prison, for whatever is legal and sticks; but the election thing has to be hung around his neck. These fuckers need to get the message.

“Conspiracy theorist” sounds grand. A theorist! Einstein was a theorist, you know, a theoretical physicist.

“Conspiracy theorist” and “conspiracy theorizing” should be banned from discussions about MAGAts. If you want to be polite about it, try something gentle like “deluded, dishonest and dangerous whacko.” The “dishonest” part is important: you are not going to have an honest conversation with one of these assholes, regardless of how deluded that also are.

I think the conspiracy theorists aren’t even half as dangerous as the conspiracy experimentalists.

That doesn’t look like a red herring, to me.

There you go. Take away their Bunsen burners and cloud chambers and, uh AR15’s. :grinning:

It is no longer two political parties with different strategies under the same umbrella of free and fair elections.

It is the Democrats trying to save the above-mentioned system and the Republicans meaning to destroy it.

Dinesh D’Souza has already been convicted of a felony for campaign finance violations. He should have his probation revoked.

I thought that Chiselin’ Trump pardoned D’Souza. Is he currently on probation?

Agreed. And I don’t know what their game is. Maybe they think, oh, we can let this play out until we get control of everything, and then reel the loonies in. But it’s like they gave a drunk the keys to a semi hauling hazardous material. The situation is out of control.

A head-scratcher to be sure: the so-called preeminent developed country on earth turning out worse than all the totalitarian nations I had to study as a young History major.**

We’re gone if we don’t do this election the fair way (and get our people to vote).

I wish I had a nickel for all the above dictatorships running “elections”.

O’Donnell had an excellent synopsis of what’s coming for us on his last show yesterday

**and this is crazier than most…the dictatorships I studied were many times against the will of the invaded/compromised country

This time, Americans themselves did the work…

After a 70-year-old voter and his wife dropped their ballots off …two individuals took photos of their car and license plate.

Republican voters really should sit out this election. It’s just much too weird out there what with “watchers” unwilling to believe anyone.

He was pardoned by Mangolini.

I don’t know which is worse, these type of “watchers”, or the ones that believe as the “watchers” that sign up to be poll workers.
