The more ol’ “Balls-and-Strikes” Roberts calls everything in Trump’s and the Republicans’ favor, the more steam builds up for a vast public backlash that will lead to a Democratic demand that the Court be packed, to correct Moscow Mitch’s blockade of Merrick Garland and the appointments of Gorsuch and Kavanaugh by the illegitimate “President” Trump.

I don’t know why Dems did not immediately request the full en blanc court to weigh in.
2 of 3 overruled the decision and were Repub appointees.
Only 4 of the 11 on the full DC Court are Repub appointees.

John Roberts may claim Justice is blind, but most folks know better.
