The odds of anyone in the GOP listening to anything the Democrats have so say about ethics is nil.
Itās just that the court itself gets to decide. Even then, an individual justice could decide he or she didnāt want to abide by the rules, and whatās the enforcement mechanism? There isnāt one. Itās a flaw in our Constitutional system.
