Does this mean that if FL gives these goobers a slap on the wrist that at least the two who also cast a votes in NY can get a stiffer penalty than a fine and suspended sentence? I have no hope for that happening to the one who voted in FL and MI.

Which brings up an interesting point: Pence apparently hasn’t invoked executive privilege at all, for anything. And all his colleagues are squawking. They are still pissed off Trump et al put their lives in jeopardy. Dick Cheney invoked executive privilege, so we know it exists for vice prez.
