WASHINGTON, D.C. — While Hillary Clinton writes her memoir, gives speeches and contemplates whether to run for president, her dedicated fans at Ready for Hillary PAC are trying to nudge her into the race one slapdash rally at a time.At 6 p.m. on Monday, when Clinton fans were scheduled to gather across the street from the Hamilton Hotel where former President Bill Clinton would be speaking that evening, there were three supporters in attendance.
