Hillary Clinton Suggests Tulsi Gabbard Is Being ‘Groomed’ By Russia For Third Party Run | Talking Points Memo

Stein is a Russian asset; Tulsi is a useful idiot.

Yes, that’s absolutely right, because Hillary wasn’t actually First Lady, nor was she Secretary of State, so why would she ever talk to a foreign head of state?

You forgot to bring up her e-mails, by the way. And her Goldman-Sachs speeches. And her murder (with her bare hands) of Vince Foster and Seth Rich. And her child-trafficking operation in the “basement” of that pizza joint.

She didn’t give out any names, but stated that it was a woman running currently. The only who is consistently complaining about DNC (is now suing Google) and has stood in support of Russia and Assad.

You’re right.

Just to clarify, Clinton does not appear to be accusing Gabbard of working with the Russians; she seems to be merely claiming that Russia is using social media and bots to encourage and support a 3rd party run by her. The question is, does Gabbard have enough integrity to look into whether she is being helped by an illegitimate source and, if she is, try to put a stop to it the way Al Gore did when he informed the FBI that someone had improperly given him material from the Bush campaign?

I’m not saying that Tulsi Gabbard is racist or anti-Semitic or Islamophobic or anti-LGBT…

And I know that she rejected David Duke’s endorsement…

I’m just saying that no other Dem running for President had to reject it.

You know?

I wasn’t aware Jill Stein was Secretary of State and had a legitimate reason to be in close proximity to Putin. You know, as part of her job.

I get your point…but was this while Clinton was Secretary of State or was it something else? In other words, was that meeting part of her mandate? That’s a slightly different context, if so.

Just posted that picture to respond to the argument that a pictures proves someone is an asset. It does not.

One thing you should know, if you know anything, is that Clinton does not act without careful consideration. If Hillary said it, she has solid reasons.

And, anyone who has been following the comments on social media has seen the presence of the Bots supporting Tulsi. This is not news to anyone who’s been paying attention.

Don’t know why anyone in the MSM acts so surprised about what Hillary said regarding Trump, Stein and Gabbard’s support from Russia. There’s ample evidence for all 3. The first two come from the Mueller Report and our own eyes. As for Gabbard, it has been well documented that pro-Russia and pro-Syria/Assad bots follow her and their presence spikes when she speaks in public forums.

Yeah, she’s next year’s Jill Stein.

I too would have preferred her to stay away from such comments.

Not because I don’t believe there may be some truth to them but that this may be too inflammatory coming from her.

“Hey, I’m just saying” is the typical response when people get called on that type of bullshit.

OK then she should spell them out, not rely on the blind faith of her supporters.

I think this crosses a line. BTW I voted for Clinton and do not support Gabbard.

A picture does not prove anything. Context is important. Stein, who is a nobody, is sitting at Putin’s table with a convicted traitor. That picture establishes a lot.

I disagree.

They know they can’t win without a third party candidate.

They have to divide us, and they can’t have any defection on their side.

I think it’s objectively true that the Russians would favor strong third- and fourth-party candidates in the presidential election. They know our screwed-up system well. So ask yourself, would they just pull them out of nowhere, or would they go with a semi-established brand? And even if there is no coordination, would an ambitious, egotistical candidate not accept the help from bots whose connection with Russia is unprovable?
In other words, I think this sort of speculation, from somebody with no official position, is both necessary and timely, because we have to defend against this.
Call it speculation and ask them to disprove it. Make Tulsi forswear a third-party run in the process. All good.
