White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci once again found himself sparring with Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on Thursday after the Republican senator complained about mask-wearing mandates amid the country hitting soaring levels of vaccinations.
What was that old line about it being unsporting to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed man?

It’s one thing to disagree with a politician’s policies…but it’s freaking embarrassing to have the likes of Paul, Cruz, Cotten and too many more to list…in the “Upper Chamber” spouting calculated malarkey.
Oh lord…the fuzzy headed ferret is at it again…‘I am an eye doctor so I KNOW that you are lying and I am right. There is 0% of anything happening…and even though I am ALSO against vaccines I know how it all WORKS and you are wrong…’ I truly hate these people.
I thought that one of the main reasons for vaccinated people wearing masks is that they still be capable of spreading COVID to those who had not yet been vaccinated. Was this point discussed?

There’s several different pieces to this. One is that there is insufficient data on whether or not those that are vaccinated can infect those that are not. Just as important is forcing the inconsiderate jerks that are not vaccinated to keep wearing their masks by denying them cover. It should not be the responsibility of essential workers and others to figure out who has been vaccinated and who has not, nor should their health and lives be jeopardized by idiots that aren’t protected from the virus. By wearing masks, those that are vaccinated continue to help protect those that haven’t gotten theirs yet.
Remember Karma, Rand. She is a vengeful bitch.
None of the vaccines is 100% effective, so continuing to wear a mask, even if vaccinated, makes PERFECT sense. Why is that so hard to understand?
