Hegseth Railed Against ‘Insidious’ Security Measures That Kept Far-Right Extremists Out Of Armed Forces

The Bible is about adultery, murder, stoning and such.
Our Constitution is not.

Although he would not have been my first choice (I’d rather have Tom Cotton or Joni Ernst), I think Hegseth is definitely on the right track:

“The shoehorning of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Critical Race Theory (CRT), feminism, genderism, safetyism, climate worship, manufactured ‘violent extremism,’ straight up weirdo shit, and a grab bag of social justice causes that infect today’s fighting force have nothing to do with making our military more capable,” Hegseth wrote in “The War on Warriors.”

As a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. I saw, and still see the top officers in the Army (and I assume the other services) are just too focused on their careers and not “Duty, Honor. Country.”

I think we made a mistake when the War Department was renamed the Department of Defense in 1949.

To paraphrase Gen. George Patton: The job of our war fighters is not to give their lives for their country, but to make the other bastard give his!"

Seems like just the right kind of nice, upright, dependable fella you’d like your daughter to marry.

If he’s so set on Christianity, how about we bring back some biblical punishments for him?

Was not adultery also a breach of God’s law, and was the breach of every single commandment not a serious offence in the eyes of the Lord? The Old Testament had known how to deal with such crimes. Leviticus 20:10 threatened that ‘the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife … the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death’, while Deuteronomy 22:22 thundered, if a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then both of them shall die’.

Shorter Hegseth: How come the KKK can’t serve?

Ask any of the three woman he married. Two divorced him and you have to wonder what the third knew of the assault at the hotel.

There’s something very Epstein about Trump’s picks. They’re not just unfit, and it’s not just that they are loyal. They’re all pervs in some way, and that’s his pressure point. It’s like loyalty and trust aren’t enough, he has to have something on each and every one. Hegseth is obviously televidistic, but also a creepy guy.

Underlying Hegseth: Would it be okay if only KKK served?

“climate stupidity, vaccine worship”
He also denies that Trump lost the 2020 election.

These people live in upside-down world, made of lies, and specifically lies that accuse the rest of us of what they are practicing. These three highly consequential lies tell you all you need to know about Hegseth. He thinks everyone should have to live in his world of lies.

At his confirmation hearing, show Hegseth photos of tattoos he is known to have.

Ask him to acknowledge which ones he has, and then ask him to explain them, when and why he got each one and what they represent to him. That should be very revealing. He wanted this ink. Does he have the balls to explain it all?

Just the prospect of having to explain all of his tattoos might be enough to get him pull out. What do the Senators think about his tattoos, in particular the one that really led to his being sanctioned.

I always thought that ultimately broke the armed forces, if servicemen they are allowed to to refuse vaccination because their religion or because they are unsafe, how can you expect them to obey when truly dangerous things like capturing a hill or charging some trenches.

They talk about the Deep State which doesn’t exist as an organized entity, but there is a bureaucracy of professionals with skill and knowledge that runs the government and honestly the bureaucracy can be a bit too entrenched at times, but it does know how to protect itself.

The military and the Pentagon knows how to protect itself/ insulate itself form outsiders better than most. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were constant stories being leaked about Hogseth regarding his past, the activities he was involved with, who he was involved with and every single amplified misstep at the DOD. He’ll be undermined, overmined and just mined.

It won’t be the walk in the park they think it will be to ‘reshape the military’.

Not sure what the hell is he talking about, the armed forces are teeming with extremists.

And big time ethnic cleansing.

Indeed, Hegseth should be asked if he thinks KKK members should serve in the military, and why.

Give him a chance to explain.

It sure is going to be interesting having a guy who would have been on the side of Germany in WW2 or the Confederacy in the Civil War be in charge of our military.

Can’t we all be friends?

But how are you with Hegsethism?

Surprised he has not said that we need to re-segregate the military. Since the US has not won a war since Truman desegregated the military.
