Richard Grenell, who served briefly as national security and foreign affairs spokesman for the Romney campaign before resigning earlier this month, argues that there is a place for gay Americans in the conservative movement in an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal. In the op-ed, Grenell takes issue with what he said are calls for gay Republicans not to be “too visible or too involved in party politics.”
