As dumb as they appear, these Absurdist Congresspeople have realized there’s no money in being moderate. The whole fundraising schtick requires maximum inanity and absurdity. MTG is one of the first and certainly the worst, but it wont take long for others to catch on and turn up the volume even louder.

I think this is right. This is the politically sound thing for her to do. She’s got nothing else and I’m sure she loves the attention and playing to the old persecution complex. The quicker she becomes irrelevant the better - I’m just not sure how best to get there. Boorish twat - nothing more.
