Grand Jury Indicts One Officer In Breonna Taylor Death | Talking Points Memo

:100:

Hell, based on the lack of charges, the city should rescind the deal.

If the popo didn’t break any laws, how do you justify paying $12 million of taxpayer dollars over it.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again - sending a bunch of men. scared as shit, jacked up on adrenaline and armed to the teeth, breaking into a dark apartment screaming at the top of their lungs is not a good strategy to prevent a few drugs from being flushed down the toilet. It is just a crazy thing to do.

Prreeeeach! Oooo-weeee, I can’t wait for them to drop kick his ass like they did Michael Steele. I have actually come to like Michael Steele and see him in a different light, but this guy is just a fucking asshole, a whole ass Franklin from Django. Uncle Candace Owens. He’s on TV right now saying the shooting of Breonna Taylor was justified. Justified. SMDH

If the officers did nothing wrong, why did Louisville just pay Breonna Taylor’s family $12M?

So much for the castle doctrine, that you have the right to defend yourself in your own home.

Fuck these fucking fucks.

Take the immunity away from police and no longer cover misdeeds via city purchased insurance. In 3, 2, 1, police cry and weep at how unfair, etc. In 3, 2, 1, they reform their practices asking for another chance. In 3, 2, 1, they blow that chance. It is in their DNA.

A reporter just made the point that only the neighbor directly above her heard any knocking. No other neighbor heard anything at all before the shooting

More on Cameron:

Early career
Cameron clerked for Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove in the Eastern District of Kentucky for two years. After the clerkship, Cameron served as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s legal counsel.

On March 27, 2020, Cameron called for halting abortions in Kentucky during the coronavirus pandemic, arguing it was an elective medical procedure that should fall under the statewide ban for the duration of the pandemic

He wasn’t indicted for shooting Breonna Taylor, apparently the grand jury thought murdering a black woman in her apartment was perfectly OK, in Kentucky. He was indicted for shooting into neighboring apartments without knowing if those residents were white or black. This is a totally disgusting result.

Well hopefully after all is said and done and he finds out he will be tossed aside like a used condom , he will turn into another Michel Steele

The headline is grossly in error. The three indictments against a single officer had absolutely nothing to do with Breonna Taylor’s death. The officer is indicted for blindly and wantonly firing into another apartment where no one was killed or injured.

That no officer has been indicted for Breonna’s killing is criminally obscene!

The green numbered cones indicate shell casings fired from the officers’ guns. I have nothing.

Does he want Louisville and other major cities to erupt? What a stupid and unnecessary thing to say.

I am so appalled.

After trying to get her ex to sully her name, when she’s no longer alive to defend herself.

They disgust me.
