I am all for Giuliani testifying in the Senate… as long as Schiff gets to ask the questions for the prosecution.

It isn’t going to happen. Guliani will testify under oath only at the threat of being charged with contempt of court.

Guliani’s attorney is no doubt telling Guliani to stay far away from this proposition.

Still, now that he’s said this, Graham should be in full support of Guliani testifying at Trump’s impeachment trial. After all, we’re pursuing the truth here, aren’t we? Guliani is so bollixed up by his hubris that he’s certain to make a mockery of Trump’s defense.

The conservatives are determined to turn the Impeachment into a circus. They can’t get the Biden’s to grill relentlessly for information totally irrelevant to impeachment so they find another route- the Giuliani circus route.

Republicans are fine with stating Trump was correct in withholding crucial military aid to an ally, essentially because he was upset Hunter Biden was (allegedly) improperly compensated for work for a single (allegedly) corrupt company in a nation that to hear Trump tell it is full of corrupt companies.

WTF would people say if Trudeau refused to sign the new trade agreement because Colgate-Palmolive was under review for illegal stock manipulation? That’s all he cared about, shenanigans by just that one company? Look into that and come down on them hard and we have a deal.

“Rudy, if you want to come and tell us what you found, I’ll be glad to talk to you,” Graham said. “We can look at what Rudy’s got and Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and anything else you want to look at after impeachment. But if Rudy wants to come to the Judiciary Committee and testify about what he found, he’s welcome to do so.”

“I’ve already decided what Rudy has to offer is damning!! It destroys the Democrat’s impeachment fiasco!! And when I finally actually see it all I’ll be even more convinced!!”

Does Linz know Senator Harris will be able to ask a few questions?

Oh, puleeze, yes and with cameras rolling. It’s sure to be impressive.

That much is evident, because we both know that Graham is basically seeing this, as if it was a repeat of Benghazi.

Now he’s forgetting that Harris is still a judiciary committee member and I’m giddy about that.

Wow, Rudy under oath. That would be the pinnacle of perjury.

It’s like people you can’t hypnotize. You can’t actually get him under oath.

Under oath, or not under oath, they still tell reckless lies.

Lying to Congress is a crime, regardless of whether you are under oath or not.

So by all means, Rudy, have at it and testify…

Yes, but lying under oath is perjury. On Fox “News,” it’s entertainment.

That is such a stupid idea that it must have been on the orders of the Dotard. Besides, I thought that Giuliani was going to start releasing that information via Twitter. (Actually, since he won’t be under oath and Senator Harris won’t get to question him, Twitter is a much better idea. They can Barr the information without any messy questions about reality.)

They doubt he’d be prosecuted.

Grifters play with “future meetings”, “future actions”, etc a lot. Beats lego or playing with blocks. So Trump has promoted Graham from Kindergarten to First Grade.

So what?

Thanks for the kind offer, Lindsey, but I can’t say anything under oath. Attorney-client privilege, you know. But I’ll let you know when I’m next appearing on OANN.
