Okay, so why isn’t there one? Given how effective train transport is in conserving energy, and its speed and (discounting last week) great safety? Time for “Amtrak Joe” to get an engine and some cars painted up, Jacqueline Kennedy-style! After all, in “The Wild Wild West” (the 1960s series), U.S. Grant had his own special train.

The last thing the people of East Palestine probably want or need is a massive presidential entourage, media, etc. descending on their little town, interrupting the clean-up, and just generally causing havoc.
These Republican ankle-biters give bad faith a bad name. If Biden had gone to Ohio, they’d be bitching and moaning about how it was all just a photo-op, people were inconvenienced, etc. They’re still just butthurt that when their own president went anywhere, particularly overseas, he generally acted like a gigantic asshole and ignoramus leaving a trail of shame and humiliation for America in his wake.

It makes absolutely no sense that the GQP is 100% in on support of Putin, unless they are either a) being blackmailed or b) being funded by him. I don’t see any third option?
We know TMFWWNBN is in hock to Russian oligarchs (i.e. fronts for Putin) via Deutsche Bank, but what excuse do the others have?
