I gather she asked from the safey of her own home on this electronic hearing.
So, she’s so concerned about the injustice of this order that she’s inflicting its limitations on herself.
Moreover, it seems safe to suppose that she would fight any effort to have to hear this challenge in person, in an open court.
Which, I suppose, speaks volumes about the source of her ‘concerns.’

Maybe the brave Wisconsinite who filed this lawsuit should put her money where her mouth is. Go ahead and go to church once the order is lifted and proceed directly to a hospital caring for Covid patients. The facility might be looking for a few good volunteers.

What a ridiculous argument.
The decision to inter the Japanese-Americans was based solely upon rank racism, not upon any evidence or science. Whereas the War in Europe was an ideological war, the War in the Pacific was a race war, and it was never, ever, denied being such. The fight against the Nazis was a fight to protect Democracy from Dictatorship. The fight against the Japanese was a war by White, Christian America against the “inscrutable, Emperor-worshiping Japanese.” Anyone who LOOKED like “The Enemy” was immediately suspect.
The US Government did not round up Americans of German, or Italian descent, just the Japanese-Americans. If they had, there would have been no one left to fight WW2.
The Japanese-Americans on the west coast were a convenient scapegoat for America (and the Grifters who stole their businesses and land because of the interments.)
It is also interesting that in Hawaii, there was NO roundup of Japanese-descendants, because almost 1/3 of the island is of Japanese descent and they could not afford the resulting drop in workers.

The “conservative” “justices” on the WI supreme court are not smart enough to work traffic court. They are not conservative, they are fascist/reactionary, and justice is not part of their tool kit.
Having grown up with great respect for actual conservative justices (see Harlan, both ones…), and had some of the Smart Reagan ones grown on me (see Posner, and hell even Easterbook at times) really sad to see what “conservatism” has become.

What thrills the Death Cult is that they are indirectly causing the death of inferiors. “Elderly people? Ewww. Smelly and gross. Latinx people in service jobs having to go to work? Talk English why don’t they! Doctors and nurses? High and mighty, thinking they’re so smart! And so on. “There’s always a new flu going around.” Mostly icky people will get it, because it’s God culling the herd. And so on… Local commenter wrote “1% will get it and 1% of those will die and it won’t be me so stop keeping me a prisoner.” Magical evangelical prosperity-gospel reasoning.

Why do we have such a long time between an election and the winner assuming office? Most other countries just install the winner within a day or two. And it’s not like Supreme Court Justice in Wisconsin requires a transition.
