CDC has withheld approving at least 3 tests that are over 70% effective, CDC insists that tests are plus 95% effective. Those 70% effective test are planned to cost about $1.00 per and sold in lots of 50. The user would be asked to test every other day for at least 10 days, then repeat 2 weeks later. The test is a strip very much like a pregnancy test with results available in less than 1/2 hour. The labs producing the test believe that the month of testing would help stop the spread in its tracks. The labs believe that a 70% effective test is actually better than a 95% test that takes at least a week for results and a 95% test that can not be repeated on an ongoing basis. For most that is, exceptions exists for those with the resources and clout to obtain, sport figures, politicians, wealthy, etc, etc…

Can’t have that (1) it is quick and easy, (2) cheap, and (3) available over the counter. Why, simple CONTROL and must support the drug industry and all those nice legal bribes that Congress and The Turnip and cronies receive.

Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.

the Trump administration moved to scale back a mandate on who insurers are required to cover COVID-19 tests for

In English, the official language of liberals…

In Trump’s America, the government can order you to take a test for its benefit and will leave it up to insurance entrepreneurs to decide whether or not you have to pay for it (and a reasonable profit for someone).

Are you good with that, Republicans? Because we liberals have some real uses for that federal power.

Billions spent…

Those paper towels are not cheap and then no one responded to our very fine offer to sell the island as is.

California fires

Rakes are expensive and then we lack the resources to man the rake lines since we shut down the border.

COVID-19

What does the world expect, we are not miracle workers. Wait one, The Turnip is supposed to be god’s gift…never mind.

Any president who wanted what Tapper described, a testing and tracking system that could identify the sick people and the people they might have infected, could have put one in place. A rational government would have been setting that up starting in late December, and it would have left its pandemic team in place. Any legislation needed would have sailed through both chambers with the possible negligible opposition of Rand Paul. We don’t have it and haven’t had it and won’t have it for months more because of Donald Fucking John Trump who is mentally ill. So we’ll just keep taking it on the chin instead of having a hope of controlling this thing. :rage::rage::rage::rage::rage:

You’ve got a lot of confidence.

MoscowMitch is blocking doing anything other than cutting taxes for the rich even in the middle of a crisis. No way that he’d have signed off on preventative measures.

No shit. Meadows is waving a white flag in surrender to the virus, four months after Trump claimed he was a “wartime President” in a war with the virus (March 18 presser).

I wonder if Meadows actually cleared that language of “some things the President can’t control” with Trump. It’s not exactly in line with Trump’s message about how only he can fix (whatever).
