BERLIN (AP) — The Bundesliga soccer season will resume on May 16 in empty stadiums, picking up right where it left off two months ago amid the coronavirus outbreak.

I don’t care if the stadiums will be empty. Watching live German football on a Saturday morning will be glorious!

I’ll miss the crowds, though. Their fans really bring a lot of energy to the games.

Agreed. I watch BVB home matches whenever possible. The yellow wall is a magnificent display of human awesomeness.

The main ones I follow are Bayern and 1FCK, pity the latter is wasting away barely holding on in the 3. liga.

Used to live in the area, followed them since they were in the bundesliga, seems like an eternity ago.

Sigh, @castor_troy, football fandom can be a lonely endeavor. If you can ever catch a Portland Timbers game on TV, give it a watch. Our supporters are pretty amazing. MLS is a fun league to follow, btw.
