A judge in Fulton County, Georgia on Tuesday rejected Rudy Giuliani’s attempt to skirt in-person testimony before a special grand jury, ordering him to travel by any other means to Atlanta.
When Giuliani finally makes an appearance, he will be in a full body cast, his head will be wrapped in surgical gauze, and his lawyer will wheel him in into the grand jury room a wheelchair.
Can’t he tell the judge that there is no point on him going all the way to Atlanta just to plead the fifth.

Reading the stories today it is pretty clear TPM is drifting away from political reporting and is now mostly covering the police blotter and the courthouse beat.
It is probably fair to say the GOP controlled by Trump is a criminal enterprise.
