The Motion DOJ just filed explicitly refers to Trumps’ privacy interests and right to be heard about whether the documents are unsealed and suggests that the Court should consider and allow that before making the decision.

This just went from everyone yelling at the GQP KKKult that Trump HAS the warrant and that Trump HAS the receipt and that Trump CAN release both in order to show that his claims are real, that the whole thing is thin gruel and a hoax, etc., TO Garland taking out his dick and and measuring stick and calling Trump’s and the KKKult’s fucking bluff.
This couldn’t be clearer. Garland just said “You want to play games and misrepresent shit and attack my people while hiding the truth? Fine. You brought this on yourself: we’re going to ask to release the truth and you’re going to have to fight us to keep it secret. Your move, Fucktards.”
