All of this feels very familiar. During the 2016 election, both Trump and the Sanders camp attempted to paint Hillary Clinton as corrupt.

Because she was and is corrupt. I have to chuckle at the notion that discussing Biden’s obvious decline is somehow off limits or can only be the work of a sinister “disinformation campaign”.
