Although the special grand jury has the authority to subpoena witnesses and documents, it does not issue indictments. Following the conclusion of its investigation, the special grand jury is set to release a report with recommendations on whether Willis should pursue criminal charges against the former president or any of his allies.
Will this be a public report? Please say it will be.
How I read this is like with so many other investigations of Trump and Republicans to include Muller’s is that this investigation will once again conclude Trump committed serious crimes and also once again recommend someone else do something about it.
The “refusal” is “infamous” to Trump supporters. The “demand” is “infamous” to those who uphold the Constitution.
“may have been criminal” as opposed to it actually was criminal and maybe now they’re looking into if it is prosecutable?
