Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) criticism of financial reform is “either willful ignorance or absolute dishonesty.”On MSNBC, Frank spoke about McConnell’s claim that the Democrats’ financial reform proposal “not only allows for taxpayer funded bailouts for Wall Street banks–it actually institutionalizes them.”
