Fox Host Blasts Trump For Not Disavowing White Supremacists, Says He ‘Ruined Biggest Layup’ In ‘History Of Debates’

“Fox and Friends” host Brian Kilmeade slammed President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning over his non-response to debate moderator and Fox News host Chris Wallace’s question about condemning white supremacists during the first presidential debate with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Tuesday night.

Sadness at watching their boy flail and fail.

Get used to it.

Fox tries to maintain its own fig leaf. Hannity won’t have a problem with this.

Given a debate question analagous to playing tee-ball, Trump instead fell back on dogwhistling and both-side-isms.

When even the captured media knows you’re full of shit.

This president thinks every question is about “getting” him in some way. That’s why he never offers answers to even softballs like this. He thinks simply answering makes him a chump.

This does not in any way atone for the grotesque mendacity of Fox News in being a cancer on the body politic.

“Proud Boys, stand back and stand by”

Is in no way a rebuke or a lack of response. It’s a call to action, and the group took it that way.

He can’t hit, Brian. He’s a bum. Send him back to the minors with a one-way ticket…End of story…

OT - I found this handy chart to be a salve in troubling times…

https://www.ncsl.org/research/elections-and-campaigns/vopp-table-16-when-absentee-mail-ballot-processing-and-counting-can-begin.aspx

States Donald needs and when they count their ballots:

AZ - Tallying can begin 14 days before Election Day.
CO - Fifteen days before Election Day.
NC - Two weeks prior to Election Day.

States Biden needs that count on or after Election Day:

MN - Biden +8.8, D governor
WI - Biden +6.7, D governor
MI - Biden +6.9, D governor
PA - Biden +5.4, D governor

So…how is Donnie going to stop the counts and steal this again?

Can’t wai… Strike that. Actually, I can wait-- to hear what whitewash Trump’s smarmy little bink uses to paint over this latest gobsmacking mouthful of racism.

Also stricken from my vocabulary is the term supremacists – when describing this cadre of losers. They sure don’t make us whites look better than anyone else.
I’m going with: White Belittlers.

Given that white Supremacists are more likely to watch Fox, Kilmeade should be wary of asking for that denial from Trump.

Stay tuned…

We’ll be talking about that process here for weeks. Guaranteed.

Did you have a hard time looking in the mirror this morning? Sucks to be you.

So, Kilmeade actually is as stupid as he looks, then. Well. All this time and he never noticed.
A little education for you, Brian. The reason Trump couldn’t denounce white supremacists is that he is one. That’s been true all along, so you need to come out from behind the door, grab a net, and see if you can catch a clue.

“Stand back and stand by.” What’s scary about this is that it was plain to me he had that line prepared. He didn’t come up with that on the spur of the moment.

What I saw was: after waffling around on Wallace’s question, Trump said something like,”Who are we talking about? Who do you want me to talk about?” (Wallace had mentioned only hate groups and white nationalists generally.) Wallace responds, “The Proud Boys.”

Boom! “Stand back and stand by.” Clearly planned line, I thought, which he invited Wallace to set up. This was after encouraging his supporters to go to the polls to monitor them closely.

If we ever doubted his authoritarian and dictatorial instincts, there they were on full display.

It was Biden that mentioned the proud boys first.

Frankly I am surprised that this is the reaction from Kilmead, the head cheerleader at (F)eeble (O)ld (X)enohpobe new network!
