The trial Judge said the whole Trump IRS claim was not valid and the “settlement” was bogus because it was not adversarial. Further, she said the arguments by the DoJ were a “Fraud on the Court”.
So now the fucking moron wants to take this abortion of a case BACK to the Appeals court for more discovery ? That is insane.
The whole lot of them from Trump and his attorneys to Blanche and the DoJ attorneys - they all need to be put in the hooschow and made to think about what a stupid idea it was to perpetrate such a fraud against the United States and faithful taxpayer’s everywhere.
Trump’s FAMILY hasn’t paid in $10B in taxes for his and crooked Fred’s entire lifetimes. What makes him think his claim against the IRS is worth more than his entire family has ever paid in ? It’s arrogant and insane.

Going way back, immigrants from [fill in the country] have always done these jobs that nobody wants, whether it be carrying bedpans, sweeping floors and sometimes soldiering. Apprx 1/2 million served in US Army during WW1, 1/3 million were rewarded with citizenship.
