Both. In case you missed it, Trump is a paranoid, psychopathic, narcissistic schizophrenic. He seems to have little rational control over what he says and does from one moment to the next, which is why as our so-called “president” he presented an existential risk to our nation and the rest of the world. More importantly at this time, returning him to the presidency must be avoided at all cost, as the consequences of that may well prove catastrophic.

So, basically, Flynn is claiming that any evidence that he committed a crime that, any evidence of this that is or has been in his possession, is somehow protected in some fashion by the 5th Amendment clause? When is the USG going to court-martial this supposed intelligence thought leader?
He took the 5th and I don’t care because he’s nuts and he lies.
What would a Flynn ‘answer’ be worth?

Why can’t we watch Flynn take the 5th on national TV? It should be very revealing to see his face, see him lean over to his lawyer, etc. when asked specific questions about his involvement.
To my mind, the Dems are blowing it big time by not having a series of hearings, even if some of them are just people like Flynn taking the 5th.
Bunch of lawyers paid by the hour is my guess. The more hours, the more the pay, the more the pay, the sooner the boat and kids’ college education and second home are paid for.
They’re blowing it and after the next election, you can bet a Republican-controlled house will hold hearings of their own which will go a long way to negate what’s in many people’s minds so far.
Nothing but overweaning greed and lust for power explains why the supposed adults - McConnell Pence and Barr - allowed this idiot control over the entire nation.
