Agree. Psychologically this is bad for his ego and will accelerate his psychosis. In the meantime his biggest calling card is his dominance, particularly with the moron MAGA’s. He looks weak in Court. That will eventually erode his appeal with many of these supporters. He may also be physically unable to spend 4 days a week in Court for months on end. As you say, the longer this drags on, the worse he looks.

Yes. The names of the jurors were not given to anyone on either side in the EJC case. The attorneys, their staff, and their jury consultants, plus trump himself, all have the names this time, which is resulting in far more personally-identifiable juror information becoming known to the outside.

The Trump campaign announced in a letter Politico obtained that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”

So the Republican funding problems are almost over? The way this trial is shaping up, TSF will be paying them to use his image by the time they get to calling witnesses!

Well Donnie’s campaign is hauling in the money from large and small donors. Several state’s GOP are in a piss poor state of financial disarray. So state GOP may not have enough money to help down ballot Republican candidates.
Then Laura Trump is inside the national GOP operations so Donnie gets more bucks, bucks that won’t go to any other Republican running for office. And yet Donnie doesn’t understand that his plan for how this country should be run depends on him having enough Republicans in the right positions and places to get him where he wants this country to go.

Because reporters just can’t help themselves. I won’t repost the tweet, but MSNBC’s Kyle Griffin posted a little earlier about Judge Merchan’s admonition to the press that unnecessary personal details like one juror’s ***** accent are a risk to juror anonymity. Only the dipshit didn’t say “*****,” he repeated the nationality of the accent.

Trump attorney Todd Blanche defended the posts as “responding to political attacks,” and feigned confusion over whether the gag order applied to social media posts that repost comments made by others.

So the judge should rule that since trump appears incapable of understanding the court’s instructions, he must remain silent on all matters pertaining to witnesses or he will be detained. The judge should address this directly to his lawyers, ignoring the apparently demented defendant.

trump is playing the role of a delinquent 9 year old. He will never comply unless he’s smacked in the face. His current misbehavior will force the dismissal of all the potential jurors. Quit fucking around.
