For a would-be fascist like DeathSantis, that’s a feature rather than a bug. His prosecutors can exercise “discretion” to ignore potential offenses by anyone they like, and then go after anyone they don’t. Arbitrary and capricious means more power, and more people doing whatever they can not to piss the governor off.
