This won’t change the anti-vaxxers (they’ll just move the goal posts again).

However, this will get more employers off the sidelines and mandating vaccination. I suspect many were hesitant requiring a vaccine still under emergency authorization.

Many had already declared a vaccine mandate to take effect once the FDA gave full approval. So this does change things, all those mandates will kick in as of today. And as you mentioned, a whole bunch more should follow.

Phfizer has not requested approval for 12 - 15 year-olds yet. It doesn’t have 6 months of data yet from what I understand.

Great! Now all the folks that refuse vaccination because they hate the Government can now safely get vaccinated because the Government now says it’s OK. I doubt this changes much since the “not approved” crap was just an excuse to keep up their attention seeking. .
