Teresa Carlson, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Milwaukee office, said the Sikh temple shooting suspect Wade Page was probably in the Milwaukee area because of his relationship with Misty Cook. Police arrested Cook Tuesday night for felony possession of a firearm.
