In the same clubs … circles … Clark was an environmental lawyer in DOJ … Perry had various prior interactions with him … apparently substantial enough that when Trump was gnashing his teeth and pissed off that he couldn’t get an aggressive legal guy to be a thug for him … Perry stepped up and said “sir, I think I know someone you might like … of course he doesn’t know shit about critical constitutional stuff … but he will do ANYTHING you tell him to do … he is one of us … sir”
