Confidential stuff usually isn’t terribly consequential, but the secret stuff could be as damaging to national security as the TS stuff if the associated compartmentalization is super restrictive.

They don’t have the affidavit and not much more than the WSJ really. The time period between issuance and action is irrelevant. Plenty of reason for the delay. One of which is standard operating procedure.
While we still do not have the underlying affidavits that represent what the FBI and DOJ took to the judge to seek and gain his approval for the warrant, that seems to indicate that the judge did not think this is so serious that immediate or urgent action was needed to be taken as he gave the authorities two full weeks–or 14 full days–in which to execute the warrant.
