I don’t believe Kilmeade is that stupid, though I’m not sure he even wrote those words either. I do believe he believes (with good reason) that enough of his followers are stupid enough to get angry in reaction to his “logic”. Anything to agitate now.
Hannity now hates the FBI, he and others calling for its elimination. They’re in full “burn it to the ground” mode now. Any stupid thing to inflame their users. And one of them already gave up his life to light the match.
