Who in MAGA-world has the brain power and the attention span to read an entire book? I’m pretty sure that about 120 characters pushes the limit of their abilities.

In the Amazonbooks case, publicity is the goal.
I miss the days when racists kept to the shadows, when publicly espousing those views was seen as a deal breaker. I hate that these people no longer fear exposure because they know it won’t be the end of their careers, that there are well-funded organizations which will support them because of their vile beliefs. The internet has been a boon to so many people who needed a community to support them in times of hardship, it’s terrible that it’s also given community to people who only want to spread hatred.
They’re MAGATs, so no.
Obviously, they paid the lowest tonnage fee ($30K) for raft transit via the Suez Canal.
Of course, it was a logistical nightmare for the Canal, as the waterway was jammed by 5000-10,000 rafts (assuming 10-20 migrants per raft).
